We all know what I'm talking about too, the part where you find yourself all most asleep in a tiny office with the smell of yesterdays burnt coffee is in the air! What a great experience, it pays to go to proffesionals at Metro Ford on Noland Road. These guys have been doing this for a long time and it shows. You get in and out with your new car, no hedaches, and still have the rest of the day to drive it around and show it off to your all your friends. Erich took his time with us when we came in. He found out our needs and our wants. He went the extra mile and didn't waste our time. I had just totaled my Explorer and we needed a vehicle. We have had to have one of them in the service center a couple of times with warranty work and each time he has showed interest in our problem and followed up with service and us. I don't feel like I know a salesman that I trust but I feel like now I have a friend who is my salesman. More
