I spent about 7800$ on recent repairs and I ask for a free key ?? FOB but they wouldn't give it to me. I have been a loyal customer since 2010. I plans to buy a new Toyota truck ?? late summer. Clean dealership I had my car towed in and an overpriced diagnostic check was done. I had a broken left front axle. The price I was quoted was around $1000. I called around and got both axles replaced for $ diagnostic check was done. I had a broken left front axle. The price I was quoted was around $1000. I called around and got both axles replaced for $445. Great inventory of cars horrible prices on services The main reason I'm giving it a 1. I had a tow truck come to pick up my car. I waited and waited for them. Finally I called and asked where are you. They said I had to pay my diagnostic bill. Apparently the lady didn't tell them I had paid it. So I sent them a picture of the receipt. They came back two hours later. Then they couldn't find my car(remind you it had a broken axle) that couldn't move. The tow truck driver asked where it was. Cashier lets look in the parking lot(I tried not to laugh)finally it was found by the repair shop (shocking). Car is all fixed now. More

It was a good experience. I was able to have the brakes replaced and oil change completed. They did change the cabin filter and left my glovebox on the passenger side floor. C I was able to have the brakes replaced and oil change completed. They did change the cabin filter and left my glovebox on the passenger side floor. Came out to replace it quickly and were apologetic. They also broke the caliper bolt and had to replace that. Overall good experience, I will continue to take my car to Toyota of Lancaster as I believe they are honest and reliable. More
