Eric Bravo did a fantastic job at keeping me updated about my car through out the day. The leather on my door was bubbling. It was installed at an out of company place. He let me know the technician wou about my car through out the day. The leather on my door was bubbling. It was installed at an out of company place. He let me know the technician would be coming up from the valley , what time he would be there and what he would be doing. Eric called me back to let me know it wasn’t able to be done day of because the technician didn’t have the parts. He let me know all of my options on picking my car up or leaving it to be done the next day. Everything has been so smooth from buying my car there, having the 5000 mile service done and the door being fixed. Couldn’t be more happy! More

I spent about 7800$ on recent repairs and I ask for a free key ?? FOB but they wouldn't give it to me. I have been a loyal customer since 2010. I plans to buy a new Toyota truck ?? late summer. Clean dealership I had my car towed in and an overpriced diagnostic check was done. I had a broken left front axle. The price I was quoted was around $1000. I called around and got both axles replaced for $ diagnostic check was done. I had a broken left front axle. The price I was quoted was around $1000. I called around and got both axles replaced for $445. Great inventory of cars horrible prices on services The main reason I'm giving it a 1. I had a tow truck come to pick up my car. I waited and waited for them. Finally I called and asked where are you. They said I had to pay my diagnostic bill. Apparently the lady didn't tell them I had paid it. So I sent them a picture of the receipt. They came back two hours later. Then they couldn't find my car(remind you it had a broken axle) that couldn't move. The tow truck driver asked where it was. Cashier lets look in the parking lot(I tried not to laugh)finally it was found by the repair shop (shocking). Car is all fixed now. More
