Service Writer Entered building was immediately called over by Eric to assist with service order. Helpful with answers to many questions. Very pleasant experience. Entered building was immediately called over by Eric to assist with service order. Helpful with answers to many questions. Very pleasant experience. Auto mechanical service: drove from dealership to home..next day had to charge battery.. Called Eric and told to return vehicle for checking... with our battery charge, all ,so far, seems good. Will call for appointment to return for check-up if any further problems. More

Frustrating Over all I like toyota town and my service advicer was awesome. My frustrations lie in the fact I made an appointment for a 5,000 service which is ro Over all I like toyota town and my service advicer was awesome. My frustrations lie in the fact I made an appointment for a 5,000 service which is rotating tires check fluid levels my time allowed by serving mechanic was 45 minutes. So why did I have to wait 2 hours 45 minutes? Because toyota town allows vehicles in from 7:30 am and doesn't seem to consider it's appointment folks we get in line it's a first come first serve type of service so had I made or didn't make appointment I'd still waited the same amount of time. Fix that problem and your service department will become fantastic. More

Genuine service Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to provide "customer service" when all they really want to do is handle basic issues and move on to the next person in line. Having grown up in a generation where customers were treated with respect and courtesy, I find these traits to be most valuable. In particular, Erick Gomez does a great job with helping me feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done on my vehicle, explaining each step and discussing the associated costs. The only surprise I get when I have my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town is when they call me earlier than promised. More
