At first customer service was attentive. But I was clear in saying needed a family car for my newborn. The car seat barely fits in the car and no one else can sit in the front. Reached out to the dealership and didn’t receive a response back. Always an I’ll call you back. Now I’m stuck paying for a car that 4 people can’t fit in. Was looking to upgrade to something bigger which meant more money for the dealership but I guess they don’t care. Financing almost caught up slipping as well. With a credit over 700 others were offering 0.9% and they wanted us to sign at 7.9%!! Be very cautious shopping here More

I brought my car in for service on 10/23 and when I received it, the exterior was covered in bird poop in at least four different areas. This is certainly not the condition I brought it in. For the 1 y received it, the exterior was covered in bird poop in at least four different areas. This is certainly not the condition I brought it in. For the 1 year service all the fluids should be topped up and this was not done, I am not sure if they even changed the oil now. I spoke with Eric the manager about the service received and he was very rude in his comments to me. Never coming back to this dealer again! More
