Just want to share my experience yesterday hopefully it reaches the right ears . Michael the sales guy was a nice kid . Can’t say the same thing for the managers. Michael had me sign a bunch of papers and told me put it under my insurance which I did and thought we were out the door. Then at the very end the same manager that screwed the old lady came to me and said they couldn’t do it . We drove down from Stuart last month and bought a Corolla cash from you . It was a pleasant and quick experience home by noon. We showed up at 9:30am today and got home at 8pm. It’s blatantly obvious that manager tried taking advantage of that old woman and myself because we were both in vulnerable positions . Apparently even all the sales guy are complaining about the new boss and his policies. We won’t be going back down next week to buy a Cross for my dad as discussed with Michael. Michael Joseph the sales kid was great . Give him a raise or get control of that new manager so he can start making some money . Someone on salary doesn’t care about another on commission. That manager is only hindering sales and turning away customers. More

I bought a preowned 2023 vehicle from this dealership on 7/13/24. I noticed the vehicle was invested with live roaches. I went to the dealer and they promised me that they would have a professional company 7/13/24. I noticed the vehicle was invested with live roaches. I went to the dealer and they promised me that they would have a professional company come out to detail the car and get rid of the roaches. I came to the dealer and sat here for 3 hours and when I recieved my BRAND NEW VEHICLE, there were LIVE ROACHES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE after the professional company left. They didnt clean out the dead roaches either. The car was infested. On 7/19 They told me to uber everywhere and they will reimburse me for my ubers. The manager told me the rental department was closed so it was nothing they can do for me even though I was at the dealership since 3pm and the rental department closed at 6. The manager told me to come back 7/20 and they will give me a loaner vehicle and a reimbursement. I get to the dealership and no one seems to be able to assist me with this matter. Everyone is pushing me off to someone else even the managers here. I explained to the manager that I am a realtor and I have to meet my clients at a specific time and they are literally just having me sit and wait. This is unfortunate and unfair to me. I have experienced the worst customer service EVER. More

If you negotiate check that they submitted that amount on final balance and don’t. Let them force you or fall for the lies about warranty. You don’t want warranty you say no. Well, I bought a used truck and arranged with the manager to be picked up in a couple of days, he agreed, upon paying for the truck, the finance person London Jackson , started to yell at me to take the truc to be picked up in a couple of days, he agreed, upon paying for the truck, the finance person London Jackson , started to yell at me to take the truck right away, in front of the manager who said nothing, London followed me outside and again yelled at the top of his voice to take the truck in front of customers and employees, I was never so embarrassed in my life, , I told him to shut out after a while, the truck was not even detailed yet, I came back the next day and picked up the vehicle, would never do business there again More
