I really like this dealership and their service department. Have used them since 2007 when I purchased my F150 King Ranch from Used Cars. My late husband and I have been Lincoln/Mercury lesees for at least 15 years. In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and per for at least 15 years. In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and performance of its employees. They are very friendly and the service has always been excellent. Some family members have suggested that I could get the same service for less at a non-dealership service shop. My assurance is that by using the dealership that carries the Ford product I lease at the time, whether I'm in a local or out-of-state need, the attention, repairs and over-all service results in a great experience!
