I was born in Iowa and moved to Kansas City when I was 10 years old. I have worked in three dealerships since graduating High School. I started at Rob Sight January of 2006. When I started here I was working in Mazda Service which was the new facility. I really enjoy the employees and customers all around. I am in the process of building a truck in my spare time. I also enjoy playing darts and riding 4 wheelers!

I have always been treated fairly and with respect at the Rob Sight Ford dealership, no matter why I was there. This time, I arrived at about 5:10 PM (the store normally closes at 6:00 PM) to drop my 2003 Fo Rob Sight Ford dealership, no matter why I was there. This time, I arrived at about 5:10 PM (the store normally closes at 6:00 PM) to drop my 2003 Focus off for 125,000 mile maintenance (just a routine The Works oil change package, since the fuel filter had been replaced at about 90,000 miles). Erik was sure they could get my car in right away, and have it done by 6. It was slightly after, when he brought my completed work order, and he also let me know that they used the oil change credit on my Ford Advantage account, so the whole thing was free. I appreciate that the tech who worked on my car probably had to stay a few minutes late, as well as Eric. I am very happy with the work I've had done on my car here over the years, and recommend Rob Sight whenever I can. More

Took 2011 Mustang GT (purchased used from individual not this dealer) for an oil change. I'm very picky about nicks/scratches/etc. and discussed my concerns with the serivce department who understood and m this dealer) for an oil change. I'm very picky about nicks/scratches/etc. and discussed my concerns with the serivce department who understood and made sure my car was not parked in an area where any damage could occur. Also, they noted the car had the holes drilled out to put a license plate on the front (which I am not using), at no charge to me the color matched some plastic plugs and installed them in the front bumper which greatly improved the cars look. As I didn't purchase this from them, this was service above and beyond. As I'm in the market for another Ford soon, they will be my choice to buy from. Great service department and the sales folks that I have spoken with sound like pretty straight up guys also. More

This was my first visit with my Escape. I've always dealt with Shawnee Mission Ford but have had to consider a change since I live in Missouri and need a state inspection every two years. So I have had to take my Ford to SMF for maintenance and somewhere in MO for inspection. This was my first experience with a dealership other than SMF in 20 years and I was pretty satisfied. My wife purchased her Mariner from Rob Sight and has been trying to get me to go to them for a long time. Guess I'll return in the future. I give this rating because they deserved it. An interesting nit: Apparently I will have to resort to time travel for my next recommended visit. The sticker says my next date for service is Jan 5, 2011. More

The a/c shuts off periodically for no apparent reason. Service couldn't detect the problem; probably a sensor some where. I am new to the area and brought my vehicle in for service today and was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of all staff encountered at this dealership! Erik Davidso service today and was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of all staff encountered at this dealership! Erik Davidson was extremely helpful and explained the process of my repair in depth and should be commended on an outstanding job! The repair was accomplished in a timely manner and the dealership (service area as well as the showroom and waiting area) were spotless. Parts that were ordered by Andy Cox arrived the same day and were installed. Price was as expected and my overall experience with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln was far superior to other dealerships I have encountered. If in the area when I purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely try to purchase from this dealership. I will also highly recommend the dealership to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you again.
