Erik kept me posted on progress, and he came to get me from the waiting room as quickly as possible. He was concerned about allowing me to head back to Florence before the main afternoon traffic rush, which I really appreciated. All seemed to be fine with the car when I drove it home. More

Normally I don't enjoy waiting for service, but the waiting area atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. I don't mind the time it takes to service my car.
