Erik Due is an asset to your organization - polite, helpful, and friendly. I left my cell phone in the courtesy car and he was able to retrieve it and keep it until I could come pick it up. Great service with Eric Due managing the the service to make it a good experience. From the time you pull into garage it's first class, friendly and good service. Jim Hudson Lexus is an excellent dealership. I was met immediately upon arrival. When my service department rep, Erik Due arrived he not only took care of my 70,000 mile visit, but took my car to the body immediately upon arrival. They do what you ask of them, on time and when promised. Only because you make respondents enter 25 words minimum I'll keep typing and provide some constructive feedback. The one area where this dealership falls short is in their detailing / cleaning services. Whether I've paid for an actual detail service or just simply having the car returned to me after maintenance service, the car never seems to be up to my standards of cleanliness. I would ask that this dealership work to improve their ability to clean their customer's vehicles to a higher standard. More
