Dealership is fine however the service this particular time was not. Problem is still not fixed. I was supposed to get my car back in about 24 hours three days later without anyone giving me any updates I time was not. Problem is still not fixed. I was supposed to get my car back in about 24 hours three days later without anyone giving me any updates I finally finally got it back but the job is not complete. Looking for another part. Next time I bring my car in for an oil change and a check up I want a loaner! That way when your service can’t be completed I can at least have transportation More

Eric in the Service Dept.was very knowledgeable, upfront about all of my concerns and repairs. I went to the dealership 3 times for service on my 1983 classic Cadillac Fleetwood Brogham and dealt with Eric about all of my concerns and repairs. I went to the dealership 3 times for service on my 1983 classic Cadillac Fleetwood Brogham and dealt with Eric each time. I ended up buying 4 new tires and what a difference it made. My car rides very smooth now. Thank you to everybody at Williamson Cadillac..by far, the best dealership I've ever dealt with. More

This is the second time I take my XT5 to fix radio/satellite reception signal failures. The problem continues. I will contact GM directly to complain and express my displeasure. How can GM pu radio/satellite reception signal failures. The problem continues. I will contact GM directly to complain and express my displeasure. How can GM put on the market a $70,000 vehicle with a satellite radio that works some of the time? The XT5 loaner we were given had the same reception problems. Shame on GM!
