While they were easy to work with during the sales process, I have had problems after the sale. When I purchased the vehicle I also bought an extended warranty. At the time, Ali, the finance manager p process, I have had problems after the sale. When I purchased the vehicle I also bought an extended warranty. At the time, Ali, the finance manager promised me that if I chose to cancel it, it would be an easy process. I did subsequently decide to cancel, and have now been waiting for eight weeks for the refund. I have sent multiple email to Ali to get a status update, and he has been completely unresponsive. More
