We are exceptionally pleased with the Service Department at KIA of Everett! While waiting for our vehicle we were greeted by everyone who walked past us. Erik, the manager, is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Service was actually very quick and thorough. Expected to be waiting 2-2.5 hours and previous services have gone WAY past that; called knowledgeable. Service was actually very quick and thorough.
