I took my car in to get a new key fob for my 2005 chevy malibu because my previous one had broken. Eric Montano(service department) took care of everything for me; he was also polite and professional. I as malibu because my previous one had broken. I asked him before he took my keys about how long it would be and he replied roughly 2 hours to inspect my car and to reprogram my key fob. It took that exact amount of time, no more...no less. He also supplied me with an detailed inspection report of my car and what needed servicing. I was impressed and will be returning my car here for future service. Thanks again Eric. More

I have been a customer of Courtesy Chevrolet for 18 years. I have purchased several vehicles there and have always had my vehicles serviced there as well. I am very pleased with the service provided by Courtesy. Routine oil & filter changes are done while you wait and you don't even need to make an appointment.
