Erik has continually gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me decide the best approach to servicing and maintaining my Chevy Tahoes over the course of many years. For fast, friendly and quality work ask for Erik Montano. As soon as I pulled up to the service department he was able and willing to help me although it was close to the end of the day. I was advised by another garage that my struts were blown out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service with Courtesy. David Molinar was my Service Technician. He informed me that my struts were out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the service with Courtesy. David Molinar was my Service Technician. He informed me that my struts were in great shape and the noise I was hearing was just a lubrication issue. His honesty saved me $500.00 dollars today and I wanted him to be commended for his Service Excellence and I also wanted to personally thank him. Erik Montano was so helpful and really paid attention to my needs. He was able to determine what I needed for my Chevrolet and within an hour I had the parts I needed and was shown a diagram explaining wha my needs. Since I am a single parent I have to watch my budget. The reputations some of the dealerships have, well, you hear horror stories. You have to find a dealership you trust. I've gotten to know Eric Montano in the service department who helps me for EVERYTHING that I may need for my car. He's helped get my air conditioner fixed in time to visit my sick mother in Yuma, and has scheduled me for oil changes and shows a genuine interest in my safety by noticing when my tires are bad. Eric and another co-worker had my familes safety on their minds. When my mother died I brought in my car for another oil change and because Eric knows how important my trips to Yuma are to me and my family, he had it looked over everywhere. There are even times he has that car wahsed for me. I can say without a doubt, that I can trust Eric in the service department. He explains everything to me when additional services are needed on my car. Way to go Eric!! You have my complete confidence!!! More

I took my car in to get a new key fob for my 2005 chevy malibu because my previous one had broken. Eric Montano(service department) took care of everything for me; he was also polite and professional. I as malibu because my previous one had broken. I asked him before he took my keys about how long it would be and he replied roughly 2 hours to inspect my car and to reprogram my key fob. It took that exact amount of time, no more...no less. He also supplied me with an detailed inspection report of my car and what needed servicing. I was impressed and will be returning my car here for future service. Thanks again Eric. More

I have been a customer of Courtesy Chevrolet for 18 years. I have purchased several vehicles there and have always had my vehicles serviced there as well.
