2019 X5 Purchase The overall experience was extremely pleasant, and very relaxed; zero pressure. This was our first time shopping for a BMW, and we felt very welcomed. Al Stoll made sure we ended up with the vehicle that was right for us. He patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. A big note of appreciation to Mike Gargano for his assistance. Mike also listened to our questions and concerns, and provided an option that was perfect for us. We also met Erik Swanson, from BMW service. Erik graciously gave us a tour of the maintenance facilities, and provided us with insight to the Service Department. I usually don’t due surveys. That said, this experience was so positive, it was worth noting. We definitely plan on being return customers. More

Thanks Ian! I was recommended Ian through my parents. I let them know I was going to be on the market for a new car and my mom texted Ian. He reposnded back quick I was recommended Ian through my parents. I let them know I was going to be on the market for a new car and my mom texted Ian. He reposnded back quickly and we got on his schedule the same day. He is knowledgeable friendly and best of all not pushy! Very wonderful to work with. He followed up on the purchase shortly after and even took the time to say hi when I stopped in for an upgrade installation. Motor Werks is an amazing facility. Servicing M4 Amazing service at this dealership thanks to Marc Collura. I brought my M4 for service, and I was told that I needed rear tires which I knew that, but Amazing service at this dealership thanks to Marc Collura. I brought my M4 for service, and I was told that I needed rear tires which I knew that, but I kept delaying it. However, I told them to go ahead and do the service and put the new rear tires. They dealt with me very respectfully and honestly and the price was very reasonable. I can not thank Mr. Collura enough for being a straight forward man, my car will be serviced only at this dealership because of him. More

Most places I have gone too, you get swarmed by sale sharks that make you want to turn around. At Motor Werks- I wanted to stay for awhile. Every one is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am so thankful Anthony was the one to help me find my perfect car. I gave him a list of what I was looking for and he found me exactly what I was looking for instantly. He was kind enough to give me all options in my price range and his honest opinions about everything we went over. He even extremely patient as I changed my mind many times. I am thrilled with my purchase and experience overall and I have Anthony to thank for that. I love my new car and love that I feel so comfortable to go back to Anthony with any questions I may have.
