I really don’t know where to start. I had come Into the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my dealership with an idea of the car I wanted. It was completely out of my price range so I asked my sales rep, Erika, if there was anything more in my budget. She looked and saw this nice Audi A4, 2015 with 17,000 miles. To me that was a steal! I was very indecisive but she was not pushy at all. On the contrary, she made sure I got the very best service and that she actually helped me. There were a few things on the car that needed to be fixed but it was fixed by the time I went to sign the official documents! Christian, the sales manager has been the nicest guy ever! Super caring and it shows that he genuinely wants to provide the best customer service possible. This is my second car & I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I got and continue to get! Thank you Both and to all that made this experience amazing! I’ll refer all my potential buyers to you guys. Worth more than 5 stars. More

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I paid a good price, the process was seamless and quick, and that I know I’m getting the value of the buck I paid. Specifically, I came in, spoke with Erika and she knew exactly what car I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. I spent close to a month scouting prices and I was able to get an Audi A5 with all the gadgets and upgrades I wanted, well within my budget. After 3 hours, I was driving away in my new car and wearing a cool complimentary hat. The type of dealership every professional hopes for. More
