Chris was not pushy. I requested a price quote via e-mail and was answered via e-mail, with a follow-up phone call that was neither overbearing nor aggressive. When I told Chris the S40 was too price e-mail and was answered via e-mail, with a follow-up phone call that was neither overbearing nor aggressive. When I told Chris the S40 was too pricey for me, he explained the S60 offer and invited me in for a test drive. After I test drove the vehicle, I told Chris I was going to think about it and not to contact me. He respected my request. When I asked him to provide my husband with a test drive, he did so willingly, even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Again, our experience with Chris was such that he was not pushy or aggressive. The dealership was clean and the staff kept me abreast of the status of my purchase. A pleasant and positive experience all around! More
