I was very nervous and indecisive when I came in to the dealership to look at cars. Erin was very patient with me, showed me many options, and answered all of my questions! I drove 40 miles to Parkville because this particular Heritage dealership was rated among the top in Maryland. I had contacted Erin Natzke there just to look at a few cars. It was a bit of a beehive - Heritage dealership was rated among the top in Maryland. I had contacted Erin Natzke there just to look at a few cars. It was a bit of a beehive - lots of people, lots of activity. I was quickly greeted by at least two people, extremely polite and looking to help. I was steered to Erin right away. She was a pleasure to work with - she was low key, knew the inventory and her role, was responsive to all my questions, found me the models I was interested in, and then drove with me. She fielded each issue I raised and went to get answers she couldn't give. Definitely a five-star Honda person. And when I agreed to the transaction, she later dedicated some serious 'off-work' time to meet me down in Baltimore and help me deliver some documents and an extra key for my trade-in so I didn't have to drive back to Parkville. Weird as it sounds, I actually enjoyed watching the sales process work at Heritage. Erin was excellent throughout, so I give her most of the credit. Two other things also contributed to my purchase decision. First, everyone I saw who worked there just seemed like they liked what they were doing - and no slackers. That is SO important. Second, I met the manager, (Mr.) Joan Figuereo, and had some time to just hang out with him while waiting for some things to get done. He was impressive. A normal kind of guy, but a very practical businessman. He was able to cut through the last obstacles and focus on a win-win transaction. All in all, I think this may have been the best car purchase I ever made, and I've made a lot. (Oh yeah, the CR-V Sport hybrid is great, too.) More
