Everyone we came in contact with was great to work with at Heritage Honda from our sales person, Erin; the business/financial manager, Juan; to the parts and service department personnel. Erin was great to work with and loved her easy going personality - although the dealership was very busy, she really took her time with us and went the extra mile to be sure we were taken care of. Erin Natzke is the best car sales person I've ever encountered in 22 years of owning cars. She made time for us, which means we were never rushed or pressured, but also guided and taught about the car encountered in 22 years of owning cars. She made time for us, which means we were never rushed or pressured, but also guided and taught about the car. Her communication, attention, knowledge, and energy were all much beyond expected. She took time to sit with me in the car and go through every button, menu, and piece of tech one by one. She got the service advisor and one of the technicians to talk to me directly about the car. She didn't try to upsell me a bunch of junk. She was honest, caring, and sincere. Yes, this is her job, but I felt like I was chilling with a friend looking at cars. More
