Oz stepped in to do the numbers, and was able to be creative and help me to get a price that I was very satisfied with. James Lowry was helpful in thoroughly explaining maintenance options and gave me a lot to think about, but was sensitive to what I wanted to pay for. I’m not a fan of the car buying experience, but I have to say the 3 individuals that worked with me, especially Erin made it a very good experience. More

I called Heritage Jeep and talked with my former sale person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be conn person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be connecting me. Less than 10 minutes, I received a phone called from Ms. Erin Natzke about my plans. I told her that I was looking for 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. She informed me that they have the vehicle that I was looking for.
