Andres continued this tradition by not only being incredibly knowledgeable and patient during the sales process but also going above and beyond by helping me set up my new car and walking me through all its features after the purchase. I also can’t forget the amazing Erin in Finance. She took the time to explain every little change and didn’t make me feel terrible for wanting the AWD model at the last minute (shout out to all the folks that made that swap happen!). Erin made the paperwork part painless and made sure every bit of it was clear. Together, they provided exceptional service, making my car-buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. This review is for the sales/management/finance department at Walnut Creek. David Dirito contacted me with regards to a Costco Auto Program inquiry. David was able to confirm availability of a 2024 Atlas and to arrange for a test drive. The weather was not the best at the time of the initial test drive, and the color and seat combination that I wanted to purchase was not available. However, we were able to agree upon an initial trade-in and finance plan and to locate the vehicle I wanted within half-an-hour. David was able to locate and have the vehicle prepped and ready for a test within 2 weeks. Between the test drive signing paper work, and getting a briefing on all the tech features, the whole process was about 2 hours—about one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Ironically, the only other time I was in and out of a dealership faster was purchasing another Volkswagen. More
