Good Afternoon Mrs. Taratuski, I apologize that we were unable to apply your coupon after the services had been completed, payment had been processed, and the repair order had been closed. As I noted in our previous email exchange, once a repair order has been paid and closed, we are unable to reopen the invoice or make adjustments to it. For this reason, our coupons note that they must be presented at the time of service write-up. However, we are happy to accept a coupon at any point prior to payment. As a gesture of goodwill, I have sent you a $60 service voucher that can be applied toward any future service with us.
