Long wait Actual service to my car was good, I waited for more than 3 1/2 hours to finally get my car. I was told that it would take two hours. After three hours, the gentleman at the desk went into the To find out why my car was still in the same position as it was when I left it. It would have been nice if someone had come into the waiting room to explain the problem. It also would have been nice if there was water and some snacks left in the waiting room. By the time I left I was feeling ill because I had not eaten since an early breakfast. This was so inconsiderate. I will probably bring my car back to Joyce Honda for servicing, but I will now make it a point to get a loaner. This was out rages. More

Great customer service This is an ideal service center for maintenance to my 2014 Honda Pilot. They do repairs on Sunday which is premium. We were able to drop the car off This is an ideal service center for maintenance to my 2014 Honda Pilot. They do repairs on Sunday which is premium. We were able to drop the car off at 8:00am and the wheel alignment was completed in 2 hours. Very friendly and they don't try to pressure you into having unneeded repairs.
