When we arrived at the showroom, we were not over runned by sales persons, but was asked if they could help us. We meet with Earl Wirgau and he was extremely helpful in getting us our Chevy Volt. My wife and I felt he was extremely friendly and helpful answering all our questions about the car. Ernest Jones handled our paper work and was very polite and had all the papers set up for us to sign. We even met Steve in the service Dept, who helped us get information off his computer about the service times for our purchase. In all, it was a very enjoyable experience dealing with everyone at the dealership. Thank you for everything, we love the Volt. More
