Sales guy gave me a great deal but others extremely careless Not sure who screwed up my vehicle return process due to which I would still be paying for my old car installment even after returning it 25 days ago. The expeirnece with Sales guy (Ernest) was best I wish there was a to give him 5/5 for his work and 1 or 0 stars for whoever did not do their job of processing return vehicle. Here is my review I left on Google. Copy pasting.. Update 5/20/18: And 3 stars to 1 star! 25 days of returning vehicle and yet they have not informed the Toyota of vehicle being received it is still on my account I am being charged for an installment of vehicle I returned. I highly doubt they are misusing the vehicle. I left a voicemail to finance guy for inquiry and never heard back. These people never seem to pick up call or get back to your voicemails. ================= Update 5/16/18: The rating changed from 5 to 3 because the dealership didn't finish my vehicle return process for leased vehicle and I had to spend half an hour calling TFS and dealership to figure this out during my work hours. 🤦🏽???🤷🏽??? ================= Original: Gives the best deal in Boston! Got a Camry sports in 2016 for 2yrs lease on a price that no one could beat. Came back in 2018 for another lease and gave me a price (although not same price as 2016, it was little more this time) that one other dealer as said "I would really take that deal from Woburn if it's still on the table". Sales guy Ernest is not just a sales person but a good friend who helps you out with anything related to your purchase! Yes they are in process of redoing showroom and it's quite messy but don't let that hold you off from visiting! What matters is people working there who values customers! More

Happy Woburn Toyota Customer The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. We bought and recommended others to buy countless vehicles from them over the years. One day it seemed like they just didn’t care anymore. The loyalty was takin for grandted. We never thought we would find a dealer with that family friendly, loyal attitude where the customer mattered. But after going to nearly every Toyota dealer around that we knew of we eventually came to Woburn Toyota. My father is a very hard man to please and he loves this place and so do I. I don’t feel like I’m talking to just another salesman. Over time the employees there do remember you and ask how the family is doing and they actually care. After discovering Woburn Toyota we felt like we wasted a decade of loyalty on IRA. That time an energy would have been much better spent in Woburn. I’m not quite as hard to please as my father but I’m still not easy. I can tell you one thing for sure. The men and women at Woburn Toyota will always treat you with respect, they are tactful, integrity like you don’t find anymore, family attitudes, they actual want to help and actually care. More
