I feel so lucky to have had Ernesto as my sales person. He is very friendly, helpful, and caring. A couple of weeks ago I talked to him and told him I was hit by a drunk driver and my beautiful 2021 Toyota Rav4 was totaled. He said he would find me another Rav4. When he called me and said he had new 2022 Rav4 XLE plus Luna Rock for me I almost cried. I told him he was an angel sent to help me. This vehicle was even better than I had asked for.
