Went for service/ new car Took my 2016 Volvo XC90 (which was purchased @ Paramount) for recall. Recall was going to take longer than was quoted. Husband and I ended up walking around wasting time. Met Joey the salesman very nice guy, ran into Ernie (salesman who helped with last purchase). Again very nice man. Joey allowed us to ask any questions about the Volkswagen Atlas (there were many) he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In the meantime, we find out there were multiple recalls on our Volvo and we need a loaner vehicle. My husband and I decided to take the Atlas for a test drive. Again Joey went out of his way to find the color/model we were intrested in. We had some concerns bout the 3rd row seat and how much room we would have. Ernie @ 6'5 came out and got into the vehicle to show how much room. Team work, and enthusiasm. I love that. While test driving the Atlas I asked Joey what brought him to Paramount. You just knew he loved being there and enjoyed what he does. He actually said this is a good fit for me. My husband and I told him what we wanted for us to trade. Joey made it happen. He is a young man with drive, and enthusiasm for what he does. Joey made the process easy and simple. Will reccomend Joey to anyone. More

Often working with high end dealerships can fe Ernie and the folks at Paramount Porche Volvo VW were nothing but respectful, kind and professional. Often working with high end dealerships can feel like an exercise in social hierarchy politics (I own an Audi and have dealt with another such dealership with a different feel!), but not at PPVV. We found a gently used car online for our daughter. It was a trade-in that PPVV had on their lot. Despite the fact it was not a new car or even one of their carried brands, we were treated as valuable customers from the get-go. Ernie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable with zero pressure or pretense. We live about an hour from the dealership, and they even delivered the car to our town when it was ready without additional cost! I would definitely purchase a vehicle from PPVV again in the future! More

When we met Ernie we were immediately comfortable with him and our business was fun, professional, and satisfying.
