He gave me great advice as well and was extremely accommodating when I needed to add the hitch less than a week later. Ernie also followed up multiple times to ensure everything had gone well. The only change I would make to the dealership procedures is during the finance process. I’d recommend Sending a potential buyer the extra warranty information in advance. I did not like being put on the spot to make those types of decisions without having the time to do some thoughtful research. This part of the experience felt very sales pushy. I do not remember the name of the employee who handled this. Thanks again to Ernie. My score of 4 stars is only a reflection of the financing/warranty selection part of the experience. More

Making buying a Car Easy My neighbor, my partner and I bought 2 brand new Alltracks about a month ago from Ernie at Paramount Volkswagen in Hickory. We found the two vehicles My neighbor, my partner and I bought 2 brand new Alltracks about a month ago from Ernie at Paramount Volkswagen in Hickory. We found the two vehicles we liked online and made a deal to buy both of them the following Friday. Ernie was attentive and quick to respond making the process simple and easy. We inquired abut the Vehicles on a Saturday @ 5:30 and were not expecting to hear back until Monday. Low and behold we received a phone call from Ernie at 9:30 that night. WE agree to figures right then and called him Monday to get all the paperwork started. We made the 300 mile trek that Friday, and when we arrived, both vehicles were ready and waiting. They had all the paperwork ready and made the process simple and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and When I am ready will probably be making the 4.5 hour trek from Wilmington back there to buy my next VW. More
