Our experience with the sales person was great. His name was arrow but im not sure if I spelled his name correctly. I dropped it off yesterday and no one has even reached out to me as of yet. It already smells like mildew. My kids have asthma. I explained the urgency of fixing this problem but they pretty much said sorry but if I just drop it off it will sit there til they get to it. My pilot is 3 weeks old. I shouldn't have to deal with this. I have to rent a car. No loaner available. Also carlos in the finance department promised my daughter a 300. Referral bonus if I bought the pilot but she still has not received it. If u want to discuss further please give a call.
