I brought the car in because it was riding rough, and I

They determined there were no major issues with a rough ride I was concerned abouthowever when I left, I was handed a report suggesting that I needed to have $2400 worth of service done to kind of stay ahead of the game. Since the car is seven years old, they came up with suggestions that necessarily didn’t need to be done, but it sure would’ve brought a lot of money in to the service department and taking it out of a Cadillac customer pocket so basically I came in with the that they figured didn’ but leaving, they found all kinds of problems that could exist in the future. this type of cultural selling program did not exist in Sullivan Cadillac a number of years ago. Matt was always excellent to deal with and now I feel very uncomfortable with the situation. If you need to speak to me, my telephone number is 352-615-8596.
