Came in to replace brake switch light. It was suppose to take 2 hours but it took 4 hours so Ethan the service advisor got me an Uber driver to take me home and pick me up. I've been a loyal Findlay Toyota customer for over 25 years. I am always welcomed with a smile, treated like a VIP, get excellent customer service, and the staff are always helpful and willing to explai years. Ethan Plott, my service consultant, exhibited just that. I had no doubt I was in good hands and as always I had a great trust and assurance that my issue would be well taken care of ....and it was. All the staff at Findlay Toyota whether at the service dept. or on the floor reflect the best of Findlay Toyota service and excellent customer satisfaction. More

Service Advisor E Plott (EP) took me into his workload at the spur-of-the-moment when my scheduled service advisor (A Bejar) called out for family emergency. EP fit me into his workload and got my service n the spur-of-the-moment when my scheduled service advisor (A Bejar) called out for family emergency. EP fit me into his workload and got my service needs completed. I requested a "Green" Service with oil & filter change using motor oil I supplied, and installation of new PVC Valve and Ventilation Hose I, which I also supplied. I'm satisfied with the work performed by the service technician, but slightly disappointed the unused oil I supplied was not returned to me so I could use it for "topping-off" between oil changes; I supplied 6 quarts of full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil, oil change with filter requires 5.5 quarts. A dipstick check after returning home showed oil level was overfilled. More
