Service was quick but my only complaint is that when I got my truck back the gentleman that I talked to was not sure what the issue was with the brakes, and I was not even asked if I wanted them changed. got my truck back the gentleman that I talked to was not sure what the issue was with the brakes, and I was not even asked if I wanted them changed. When I asked the price, he just said it is usually around 300.00 but he wasn't sure. More communication would be great. I believe that the gentleman that helped me was Ethan but not completely sure. This is the second time Mitch Smith worked on my truck and after I picked it up I found damage that they, well looks like they tried to hide! The first was the Body shop taken care of hail damage and days and after I picked it up I found damage that they, well looks like they tried to hide! The first was the Body shop taken care of hail damage and days after I picked it up the dome light cover was found on the floor. After investigating I found a small piece of plastic (part of the clip) that holds the cover on on the floor also, this was never shown to me. Al’s my drivers side door lock mechanism stopped working also. Now I bring it in for service for recalls and some dash light. A few ways after I record it back I found a plastic piece on the drivers seat loose and laying on above the rocker panel. Well I thought no big deal just put it back on. Once I looked at it I notice cracks and stress marks from prying it off without taking a screw out that still had part of the broken plastic on it, again I never was told about this either. What’s the worst thing it’s it’s plan to see someone knew these things happen and they hope you won’t know until it’s to late to report and have them fix it, like the body shop did to me! More
