When I called on a Thursday to ask if I could get my car in for service as I was leaving town the following Friday, I was told they would do what they could and that it would be in between other services fo in for service as I was leaving town the following Friday, I was told they would do what they could and that it would be in between other services for customers already scheduled. I dropped it off the following morning and was provided a loaner. By Monday afternoon, I received a text to say the job was complete. My Crosstrek runs better than ever!
