I know they have a large turnover of vehicles and see lots of people, but Lisa remembered us and treated us as old friends. Mike was informative and fun to work with as well. Once we got there it was pretty busy but everyone from the front desk was polite. We then met Noe and he got me situated right away to take the car I selected for a test drive. After I got back Noe helped us finish up the paper work as fast as he could because let me tell you we had my 3 yr and 1 yr girls with us and they were just everywhere so they helped keeping them entertained as well! So on the plus side they are very convenient, helpful, and above all kid friendly. Dmitry was also a big help and guide as to giving us some great restaurant advice because we were all starving! Thank you all at Indy auto man for your awesome help in making this a smooth, easy, and fast experience!!! More

Quick and easy I was ready to buy that day, and knew what I wanted. I had already searched their inventory and knew they had a model that fit our needs. I like the fact that they are quick to let you you test drive and spend time to evaluate the vehicle. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Indy AutoMan and they seem to have the right vehicle at the right price at the times we are buying. I loved their new location and building, a definite step up from their last location and building. Tabitha did a fantastic job even though she normally doesn't work the sales end, but it worked out great and it was an overall great experience. She was above and beyond good. Even the support staff (car runners) were very nice and friendly. My transaction could have actually been very ugly and complicated, but it turned out very well. (Whole other story !!) More

The vehicle I purchased was priced at a good value in comparison to KBB, but it had three issues. They promised to fix the car's problems as included in the contract to my request (after getting it looked at and in writing at a third party mechanic), I had to finance the vehicle which sucked, but they got me a better APR than USAA. Car salesmen are known to be pushy and untruthful, but I think Kevin is an honest, hardworking person that isn't concerned with lying to people. He wants to build a good name for himself. I would recommend going to him if you are looking to buy from that dealership. More
