I was expecting the same run around at Mazda of Palm Beach like most dealership. But the family and I were happily surprised to find low pressure, big and good inventory, competent and courteous staff, Beach like most dealership. I worked with Eugene and he was amazing. Charley took care of our financing and explained everything articulately so even I could understand it. When purchasing a car, I value three things- efficiency of the deal (don’t waste time), competency of the staff (know your product and your job), and integrity of the deal (no surprises, cheap tricks or changes to the terms). My deal Team of Eugene, Benny and Will dominated all three. Eugene was a sincere, nice guy that delivered a phenomenal sales experience. The Mazda offering seems to be a sensational value as compared to other Asian makes. The features, benefits and overall feel of our new CX9 rivals that of our German luxury SUV. I cannot recommend this dealership or Eugene highly enough! More

Great experience with Dylan. He was very friendly and informative. His response time over the phone was fast and my family and I enjoyed working with him. Him and Mo (who just started) were very welcoming. Overall, This was my third visit to the Mazda dealership. The first was to service my car Last November, and we were pitched to sell our car but there were long waits while speaking to reps. The second visit was to buy a new car, after waiting for 45 mins and not greeted by anyone we left. And finally this past visit in June to sell our Mazda. The only concern would be wait times and being bounced around 4 times to a different person until Dylan came to assist. On a positive note, the Dealership looked great and had wide selection of cars. You can see the maintenance team working hard, the sales team has contagious energy and pride in their product (which is amazing to see!), and people visiting seem to be happy, even while waiting around. More
