I had to visit their shop 4 times to get my service completed and ultimately I had to escalate to the office of the president of Ford to get some action. Eugene stapled the wrong multi point inspection sheet to my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me. He did inform me of service that my maintenance plan covered that other reps had told me would cost additiona my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me. Also, he informed me that I could have gotten my oil changed sooner than the engine oil life % told me. Contrary to what other reps had told me in the past. I wished I had known that when I bought the truck in 2015. Overall, he was very helpful. More

I called prior to my arrival date to discuss my problem. I was told that I could have the brake issue assessed by the service department.
