Overall good service and fair pricing. Gave 4 stars only because when calling to make appointment for oil change service for my diesel pickup, I was quoted $30 less for a basic service, w Gave 4 stars only because when calling to make appointment for oil change service for my diesel pickup, I was quoted $30 less for a basic service, which was an older price. Wasn't exactly thrilled at my appointment the next day when I was informed that the cost for the same service would be $30 more than I was told. Cost was still competitive and within reason, so no other complaints. Service writers in the quicklane were great. More

I had a poor experience at O'meara Ford's service department. I scheduled an appointment at 7AM on a Friday to get my new truck's first oil change and have a few minor items addressed, the primary on department. I scheduled an appointment at 7AM on a Friday to get my new truck's first oil change and have a few minor items addressed, the primary one being the electric mirrors don't work. I was told they would need until Monday or Tuesday to resolve which I said was fine. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday came and went with zero communication and no response to my text Monday. Tuesday mid-day I called and was told the truck hadn't even been looked at yet. 3 full business days and 5 calendar days and they hadn't even started work on it yet. I have no idea why they even schedule appointments as I found a similar experiences to mine in the other reviews. I ended up cancelling all the other requests and just getting the oil change which was supposed to include a tire rotation and air pressure check through my prepaid maintenance plan. For whatever reason they had an issue using the prepaid maintenance so I got the vehicle back with only an oil change and will have to do the tire rotation and get the air pressures sorted out myself. I even brought donuts for Veterans Day when I dropped the truck off. I hope you guys enjoyed them because there is no chance I'll ever service a vehicle here again. More

I went in for an oil change without an appointment and was welcomed by Eugene in a friendly manner. He was quick getting it set up and was up front with how long it would take. Eugene checked in with me was welcomed by Eugene in a friendly manner. He was quick getting it set up and was up front with how long it would take. Eugene checked in with me half way through to see how I was doing and let me know how much longer it would be. Overall, I had a great experience and will always get my truck serviced at O’Meara. More
