My appointment for service was for 6:00 pm closes at 8:00 pm.I was their at 5:15 pm they didn't get me on the rack until 7:40 pm then I feel like it was so late they rushed me through.i feel like you are ove pm.I was their at 5:15 pm they didn't get me on the rack until 7:40 pm then I feel like it was so late they rushed me through.i feel like you are overbooking for service,they did in 10 minutes that took 1 hour and 40 minute wait,oil change and tire rotation More

I was pleased with the service I received on my car yesterday. Eugene was my Service Advisor. He explained everything thoroughly and he advised me on the future needs of my car. Never going back! The service department is terrible. After waiting for three and a half hours, I decided to ask about the progress of my car only to find out nothing had been done on it yet. They got After waiting for three and a half hours, I decided to ask about the progress of my car only to find out nothing had been done on it yet. They got two techs to work on it so I was there for another hour. The service was for a stop lamp recall, oil change, battery replacement for key fob, and oil change (which wasn't done) because I was informed my better tires were on the front and that I needed new tires. Nobody informed me about the progress about my car the whole time I was there. I had to ask about it. More
