I was there for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I also had a small leak in my tire. I made an appointment and expected to be in and out in a couple hours maximum. I waited for 4 hours for this basi I also had a small leak in my tire. I made an appointment and expected to be in and out in a couple hours maximum. I waited for 4 hours for this basic service and to top It off, they heavily scratched the rim that needed the tire patch. They originally told me they would call me to schedule the rim repair on their dime based on the heavy damage they caused but they never called me. I will never use this dealer again. Eugene did the intake and he was very nice and polite but I am not sure who worked on the truck or why on earth it would take four hours. More

Had to wait over a week to get my car. There was no communication unless I initiated it until it was time to pick up the car. Luckily most of the work was covered under the warranty. More
