We took care of the downpayment over the phone and picked up the car a few days later. We were short on time but Evan had all the paperwork ready to go. He explained different extended warranties options and the coupon card we should look for in the mail. Emily was quick to get the finance paperwork together and explained each page as we signed it. The price was just what we expected (with the exception of the state fees and taxes which were ridiculous!) Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing. We highly recommend working with Evan and the team at BVille VW! More

Everyone at Luther Burnsville VW has been amazing but in particular Linda Radue. She’s incredibly kind, so knowledgeable and helpful! And we had an attractive residual price which we exercised at lease end. There must be something in the Lakeville water because everyone I've met from there is super friendly, open, and direct. We ordered an ID. 4 through Volkswagen and selected Luther as our dealer of choice. Evan kept us posted of the progress as our reservation went through its process.
