This was the first time I ever felt like the sales person (David Ruzhansky) was there to assist me. He was fast and efficient, no games. The vehicle I purchased (2015 Golf GTI) is the finest I've owned, especially for the money (I've previously owned a 2001 BMW E39, 525i). When I purchased the vehicle it had some lot damage and the team immediately went to work to fix any and all of it without question. Each time I've gone for service the staff has been very friendly and helpful. This is a quality dealership with a quality product and even better...quality people. More

Splash Shield I had an oil change there and my VW was parked in front of the building for customer pick up ,and I drove no more than 20 feet and I'm hearing a dragg I had an oil change there and my VW was parked in front of the building for customer pick up ,and I drove no more than 20 feet and I'm hearing a dragging noise , it was my Splash Shield on the bottom of the car. My first thought was how could the Tec do an oil change and not see that, take the car down off the lift drive it to the front of the building and not hear that Splash Shield getting dragged on the pavement . Evan Boyer on the Management team did get this taken care of for me . More
