I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the personnel that work there. I could tell that they really care about their customers and wanted to make sure that they got what they wanted w and the personnel that work there. I could tell that they really care about their customers and wanted to make sure that they got what they wanted without hassle or wasting valuable time. I met with Tim Whitener on 8 February 2024, and he assisted my wife and I in looking at the different models of Tellurides available because we were not very sure about the differences between them as it can be a little confusing until you see them. I told him then that I more or less knew what I wanted and did not want to be harassed or have my time wasted with minutia and monotonous talk and bickering. Tim stayed after hours that night to ensure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He did that to a tee and with a smile on his face. We left that night, and I told him that I had research and shopping around to do to ensure that I was making the right decision with the right dealership. Also, I met Evan Payne during this visit, and he was a pleasure to deal with also. I came back to the dealership on Tuesday the 13th to discuss a little more and left with more knowledge and confidence in the dealership and my selection. Then on the 15th, my wife and I returned to negotiate a deal and purchase a vehicle, if the price was right and we could negotiate a deal. I can say that between Tim and Evan we struck a deal fairly quickly and I felt appreciated and respected as a customer and a veteran. After the deal was struck, we met with C.J. Underwood and all I can say is there's probably not a better individual at this location than that man. He was very kind, compassionate, and just all-around good guy. We enjoyed talking with him as we walked us through the paperwork and took our payment. We were probably with CJ for the better part of an hour, and he was a pleasure to talk to and walked and talked us through all of the paperwork. The whole time we were with CJ, Tim was waiting for us to come out so that he could cover the vehicles features and answer any questions we had about it prior to us driving it home. Once again, Tim was there after hours and so was CJ. This dealership is truly top-notch, and these three individuals are true professionals that deserve to be recognized many times over, especially if this is how they treat all of their customers or potential customers. I highly recommend Paramount Kia for any vehicle purchase, and I would advise anyone to see these gentlemen. Thank you all for our NEW RIDE. WE LOVE IT!!! Randy and Jennifer Ly More
