This dealership is nice, but there is room for improvement regarding the Service Dept. Honestly, the times when Paula Bean is not there, I have a hard time getting One or ANY of the service men t improvement regarding the Service Dept. Honestly, the times when Paula Bean is not there, I have a hard time getting One or ANY of the service men to get off of their chairs and tend to me; and that includes your Service Manager-if it’s not a male asking any questions, he could care less what your needs are. I apologize for being honest, but he needs a crash course in Customer Service. More
