After market service sucks. I would give a good rating if it was when I just brought this car. I thought I had a good deal, but turns out they were no different than any other de I would give a good rating if it was when I just brought this car. I thought I had a good deal, but turns out they were no different than any other dealers, who just want to sell you a car at any cost, but even worse is my dealer talked into buying this car because he scared me there is no other better deal and this car will be gone soon and made me put down a deposit, also their after market service sucks. After just a three days, my light had been give me a problem, so I went in for a fix, and ask them to change my window wiper with the ones that I brought myself. They were kind of nice about it, by it means, they were just saying okay without any smiles. Even though they fixed my light, but they never changed my window wiper which almost put me into a car accident they day after when there is a big storm. Now is nine month pass by, and my car need a oil change, which is free within one year after purchase, so I called and asked about their body shop, and the phone operator kept saying something about other place I should go. Even when I ask if my tired damage would be include in their warranty, and they answered me with a rude tune. Too bad I already brought this car and driving for so long, but I will never buy from here again, and never recommend anyone either, especially these young people who has no experience with these dealers, they will xxxx you off. This is why I don't do any rating after I do used for a period of time. More

I was just getting numbers for a future purchase I went to a number of dealerships looking for the best bargain on a new Chevy Silverado crew cab. As soon as I met the salesman( Evan Taylor) he was a I went to a number of dealerships looking for the best bargain on a new Chevy Silverado crew cab. As soon as I met the salesman( Evan Taylor) he was able to answer any question that I threw at him. He also had knowledge of what was available with the options I wanted. The finance assistant was also very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with this purchase.This was the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought quite a few cars in my 48 years. A job well done guys. More

Satisfaction Guaranteed I went to the dealership with no specific plans of buying or leasing. I met with Evan Taylor and he walked me through each process of buying versus leasing. I told him I didn't want an excessive monthly bill. He showed me the used cars as well as the new car stock. He was very informative and well as exceptionally professional. I never felt pressured to buy or lease. He let the decision be mine and at the same time have all of the necessary facts that I needed to make a decision. Once I knew what I wanted I contacted Mr. Taylor and set up an appointment. He and the staff at Bennett Chevrolet gave me the most courteous and professional service. I would recommend Bennett Chevrolet to anyone. Best car experience ever! More

A Dealership Without the Hassle When my husband's older car was diagnosed as needing thousands of dollars worth of work and then some, we had come to the realization that a new or pr When my husband's older car was diagnosed as needing thousands of dollars worth of work and then some, we had come to the realization that a new or pre-owned car may be the only way to go. But where to go to get a decent price for our used vehicle? Bennett! With their $6000 trade-in it made looking at Pre-owned vehicles much more bearable. Along with a customer service team that went above and beyond to get us in the car and signed. They took all the fuss, hassle, and stress out of getting a new vehicle. My husband's words that morning before we went to Bennett were, "We are going to LOOK not BUY". That's how confident, friendly, and taken care of we were. We left with a vehicle. Updated June 14, 2014 The dealership is having difficulties from the state in regards to registration and tags. They were not proactive in getting temporary tags for us once the first set expired on the 13th. There answer for how to deal with driving the vehicle over the weekend is "we take responsibility" with no definition of what that means. Along with don't speed and hide the temporary tag so that if plates were to be looked out there would be no possibility of a ticket. The reason that the husband and I are having such an issue is that the title clerk could have easily printed another set up of temporary tags yesterday for us to pick up when we arrived last night at the dealership. VERY disappointed with the interactions with Bennett since purchasing the vehicle. UPDATE June 24, 2014 On the 14th Drew went above and beyond to get a new set of temporary plates till the permanent plates arrived.Plates arrived on the 24th. Dealership is amazing! More

There was no pressure to come in and see anything. Eventually stopped in to look at a few trucks and Evan was great. He showed me a few trucks and let me steer the conversation and sales process with barely any sales pitching. Came to an agreement on a truck signed some paperwork and they held the truck until I could get there the next day with the down payment. More
