I wasn't rushed or made to feel that there was another person more important than me. I say person, because I didn't feel like a customer. His attitude was warm and inviting and he was professional and knowledgeable. He did not sell me a vehicle, but provided a solution to a need I had for one by showing the inventory which Bennett Chevy had to offer. Evan Taylor and Jeremy Webb (the Finance and Insurance Mgr) took my car buying experience to an entirely different level of customer service. I will be hard pressed to refer anyone anywhere other than Bennett Chevrolet on the Black Horse Pike. Lexus, Sport Hyundai and Burke Motor Group, you guys have some big shoes to fill! As Evan sat with me in the pouring rain until 8:30pm setting up my OnStar and explaining the different buttons on my New Chevy Equinox, I felt like a daughter loved by a doting father who wanted nothing more than to make sure I was safe and secure in the new car he had just purchased for me.
