Germain Honda is a very professional organization. Kiara Ruiz did the bulk of the face-to-face work and kept everything in motion being New Years Days with limited staff. I am surprised that Tracey Fo Kiara Ruiz did the bulk of the face-to-face work and kept everything in motion being New Years Days with limited staff. I am surprised that Tracey Ford was not listed in the main job blocks below. If it was not for all of her work, there would not have been a transaction! I also want to mention Kristina Miranda. She was not part of the new purchase but she has been by Service representative and has taken excellent care of me on previous occasions. More

I hate the car buying process in general, that being said Germain Honda was about as good as it gets. I'm new to this dealership and aside from buying the car I don't have much to go on.
