Great Experience I started my process with True Car. Several dealerships sent me emails, and Everett McSavaney's email was the best. Everett went so far as to ask my permission to contact me! I like the total way he approached me. I had to cancel several times on Everett, and when I finally arrived, he had the car waiting for me to test drive! We had a great test drive, and I really like the car but there was a few concerns that I had about trim, seats, color...Everett gave me all the information I asked about. And, he was really patient, listened well and remembered my unique concerns. I never felt any pressure or anything else that people talk about when buying cars. Everett had to find the right car for me and he did! He ensured I had the car I wanted, that was ready to go and took extra time to walk through all the features of the model (it has a lot!). As there was an item I wanted on the car, Everett followed up after the sale to ensure arrangements were made. I would buy another car from Everett, and his service was just exceptional. He knows the product well and really enjoys what he does. More

Kudos to the team at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dublin! I just had the best car buying experience ever, thanks to my Salesperson, Everett McSavaney; Finance Manager, Neil Linkhorn; and Frank (whose last name I d had the best car buying experience ever, thanks to my Salesperson, Everett McSavaney; Finance Manager, Neil Linkhorn; and Frank (whose last name I didn’t catch but he coordinated all my paperwork, and was awesome for only 2 weeks on the job in this capacity.) Neil went above and beyond to get me the best financing rate, checking multiple institutions to get me where I wanted to be. As for Everett, he made this such a stress-free experience, no high pressure sales, just highly knowledgeable and he went above and beyond as well to get as many cash incentives on the purchase as possible. Everett throughly reviewed, in a hands-on fashion every feature of my new 2020 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Latitude Plus before we even drove off the lot for the test drive.
