First off I made an appointment for regular maintenance. I asked her if they had any loans available. She told me no I said OK. Do you have any shuttle? She said yes I can get you a shuttle from where you I asked her if they had any loans available. She told me no I said OK. Do you have any shuttle? She said yes I can get you a shuttle from where you need to go so now when I get there, there’s no shuttle available for at least an hour and a half unacceptable and then I wanna get a quote for my mirror cause I got busted or she couldn’t give me a quote on that because I have to go to somebody else to get a quote that didn’t make sense either so my experience with honda for the first time was poor More
