When I first inquired about this truck and called the dealership ( JImmy Britt Chevrolet ), I spoke with Fabian and he took the time to make me a custom video of my truck showing each and every detail I asked about, as well as many that I didn’t ask about. That video was a nice custom touch which allowed me to show my friends and family this truck before making my final decision. The people at jimmy britt are very nice and accommodating through the entire “truck buying experience”. The finance manager Nathan offered me an extended warranty, but was not pushy whatsoever when I declined. He too, like Fabian has exceptional customer service skills. The sales manager Brandon moved on the price some to help me with my decision and that was appreciated. It was a pleasant experience overall dealing with Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. More

From the internet inquiry I submitted I promptly was responded to with answers and a video from Mr Fabian Glave regarding the vehicle. The purchase process was great, I was able to work with one person and agree on a price with out the sales person bringing in another associate to assist in closing the deal which can be annoying. Once a price was aggreed on, instead of just throwing my credit app to the wind, to several creditors to see what would be approved. I was approached by Mr Parrish and asked for my preference, as well as discussed other options before ever applying for a loan. Thank for great service. More
