We purchased my husband’s truck a year ago and we were both blown away at the service. When it came time to purchase my new vehicle, the only place I wanted to go was Castle Chevy North. Every single person we encountered was amazing. I was the one purchasing the vehicle and even though my husband was with me, I was the one everyone spoke to, not my husband (unless he directly asked a question). I’ve been to too many businesses that ignore women if a man is with her, but here I was treated with total respect, given complete honesty, and was spoken to as an equal. My sales person, Fabian, was so accommodating and friendly and worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. We also worked with Mike and he was so nice and fun. George, in finance, even recognized us from a year ago. He had everything ready to go and we sped through the last part of the sale. The entire experience was fast, friendly and so easy! I recommend Castle Chevy North to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. The experience I had is something I really look forward to repeating for our next vehicle! More

Slow and not straight forward I went to the dealership at 7pm on a Friday night. There was more salesmen then customers, so it shouldn't have been a long process. I told them I have a trade in, so of course they low ball me almost to the point I was insulted. They came up to my asking number which was clearly more then fair. When it came time to signing the papers they weren't clear at all. The car price was $17,745. Their paper said a number a little over 20k. Then add the rebates for tax purposes, then subtract rebates and down payment. All together it shouldn't have cost more then 18k but finance papers said over 20k. Not impressed, will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. More

Needed car to replace expiring lease. I needed to replace my wife's car, the lease was ending, My local dealer in Wisconsin wasn't really showing me anything that caught my eye. So I was s I needed to replace my wife's car, the lease was ending, My local dealer in Wisconsin wasn't really showing me anything that caught my eye. So I was searching Chevy Equinoxes online and I started getting several car ads on Facebook. I checked a few out and came across Castle's ad . Your location was easy to get to so I decided to check it out. I liked the 2018 Equinox "dealer demo" talked it over with Fabian and ended up buying it. I had to get to work in Indiana so I left the car there and will be back April 20 with my wife to pick it up and we'll be leaving the 2016 lease with you. Overall very good experience.
